Microsoft patents wearable controller is now able to connect with games!!!

Microsoft patents wearable controller tech, which is powered by muscles !!!

Microsoft has developed a gaming controller and has filed a patent for it , it called “Wearable Electromyography- Based Controller”, it records muscle output to communicate with games.

Here’s the patent descriptor in full. Picture is below:

The ‘Wearable Electromyography-Based Controller’ has a numbers of EMGsensors and it can connect with wireless human-computer interface which can connect with the systems and the user’s muscles have specific movement can attached devices.

As Microsoft said with the Wearable Electromyography Based Controller, the gamers can use this controller to play games.
This is the states from Microsoft :
It should also be appreciated that the control and interface capabilities provided by the Wearable Electromyography-Based Controller are potentially invisible in the sense that a user wearing one or more such controllers could remotely interact with various devices without anyone else being able to see or hear any overt actions by the user to indicate that the user is interacting with such devices. This could apply to controlling a music player, a pan-tilt-zoom camera, a home automation system, a game console, television and beyond.

From the states, now we can image we can play a gaming with a different gameplay environments. We can this gear to control a lots of technology stuff in our home with this nice and useful controller easily.

Eye Tribe

Eye Tribe's goal is to integrate hands-free controls into devices such as cell phones, tablets, and feasibly, gaming devices like the 3DS or Vita. While tracking retina movements isn't groundbreaking in itself, it has generally been too expensive for consumers and too large for manufacturers to embed in their products.

Eye Tribe was more than happy to upend these notions at CES 2013, demoing its external and embedded retina-tracking solutions running on Windows 8 tablets. In the video above, CNET's Bridget Carey takes on Fruit Ninja, deftly slicing citrus and berry alike. Retina tracking may not be suitable for every type of game, but once the tech establishes itself as a must-have bullet point for hardware manufacturers, it's only a matter of time before we start to see new game types and mechanics designed around its unusual functionality.

Jaw-dropping price tag scuppers Microsoft's IllumiRoom Xbox projector project

Microsoft has announced that its augmented reality projection IllumiRoom may not hit the stores in its current form because it is too expensive. When it comes to AusGamers Purnell, the first one for the Xbox product planning, Albert said that while technology is great to use , you set the price of most of the players in the back of a wallet . "I wouldn't expect you'll see that," said Penello referring to IllumiRoom, explaining: "It's very, very cool tech but it's, like, for a consumer, it requires projectors and things." It is these "Projector and activities", driving the price up to thousands, Penollo notes, which means that they will get the store and it is almost impossible."[IllumiRoom] is really super-neat if you're in the lab and you've got Microsoft money and you could totally set up this awesome lab, but... we looked at it, but for an average customer it's, like, thousands of dollars [for the set up]." This will serve as a disappointment to those who are looking forward to Microsoft IllumiRoom living in the past. On the walls of the room and use screenshots Kinect controls you have seen and technology-based projects. There are rumors that it will eventually one of the Xbox, but now a few years this technology may be considered outside the convention center.

What's next, Cinemizer OLED?!

This time, Cinemizer OLED. Well, it is a competitor of Oculus Rift and it provides multiple uses. Use it either on the go, going to dentist, in class room, on development project, watchimng movie or playing video games. The new cinemizer OLED Virtual Reality video glasses from Carl Zeiss combines three-dimensional movie enjoyment with brilliant image quality and outstanding stereo sound. The cinemizer OLED projects a 40-inch image into the eyeglasses – and therefore creates a theatrical atmosphere combining a three-dimensional movie experience with brilliant image quality and outstanding stereo sound. Dive into a fantastic new world – wherever, whenever. Outstanding features include the excellent contrast of the OLED display, the light weight of the eyeglasses and personalized setting of the wearer's eyeglass prescription.

The Cinemizer OLED Virtual Reality Video Glasses take gaming to a new level. Whether connected to a PC, Xbox, PS3 or a smartphone with the Android or iOS operating system, you’ll forget the world around you, immerse yourself in a game and experience the feeling of being "at the center of the action". Thanks to the spatial display of games in stereoscopic 3D on a 40-inch image in the glasses, you’ll enjoy a very intense gaming experience. This can be enhanced through the use of a head tracker, which uses natural head movements to enable you to interactively look all around during a game.

Here is one interesting video of Cinemizer OLED, you would surely love it...

The outstanding design of the cinemizer OLED allows you to experience all that your virtual world has to offer: at home or on the road, at work or at play, and for a wide range of applications.

In comparison to Oculus Rift it comes quiet handy, since it is smaller, light weight against Oclus Rift gaint goggle. Although, Oculus Rift is winning over Cinemizer. According to CNet review, Cinemizer performance is not good at all, tiny sound, image contrast bleed out into blue and red and makes 3D ineffective. Well, everythings have upside down, nothing is meant to be perfect, but this generation is still in development process, and over few years will be seeing a lot of this cool things. Keep updating with our blog and please comment what you think of these technologies. What are your views…

Well, you might not agree with CNET review, but they are just perceptions of thinking... and you certainly don't have to agree... let us in comment section about your thoughts...

Leap Motion Control, 100 Times Better than Kinect

Motion control really doesn’t get better than this. Leap Motion have come up with Leap 3D, a super accurate motion control system. It can track motion at around 0.01mm of accuracy which is 100 times better than Microsoft XBOX Kinect.

From the video and the demo they show, this could really transform the way we use our computers. Instead of using a mouse we could use gestures like pinch to zoom on a picture or scrolling up and down on a web page.

It is a very small device compared to the Kinect and hooks up to your computer via USB. It has special sensors and cameras which track the movement made by you to a high degree of accuracy.

The device is set to launch early next year for $69.99 which around £45 in the UK, which is half the price of Kinect right now. Unfortunately though, pre-orders are limited to the US only.

Looks like this may be a game changer in how we use our computers and laptops

Next-gen gaming consoles Xbox One vs PS4

It is hard to say which one is better. Let’s talk about the design idea on both consoles. Both the Xbox one and the Playstation 4 will comes with AMD radeon GPUs, 8-core AMD processors and both will have 8GB of memory. Both systems will have HDMI and USB3.0 connectors. “Xbox One” as the name descried, in my opinions. The Xbox One is not only a console that can only play games. Xbox One, it is next-generation console that also aims to be the central focus of your home as a means to watch TV shows, movies, browse the web, listen to the music, live sports and much more. The main design idea for PS4 it is that The PS4 "was designed to be an impact product in an entertainment center,” Sony's v.p. of PlayStation hardware marketing John Koller told Kotaku last week, when asked to describe the intent behind the look of the new console. “We wanted the design to be something sleek, something people feel proud about including."

Here is the data of both consoles

So, what is your choice? Xbox One or PS4?

If you just sit there, you’re gonna die, It's time for you to run

As previously we talked about Oculus Rift, now we are going to take it further with combination of other gaming devices or you can say Virtuix Omni. This combination of Oculus Rift and Virtuix Omni will take the gaming experience to another level. You will actually move and walk or run like a treadmill while playing gaming but at a stationary place. About the actual free body movement like wii game, we will talk about that in future but let’s talk about Virtuix Omni.
The Virtuix Omni™ is the first virtual reality interface for moving freely and naturally in your favourite game. The Virtuix Omni™ takes virtual reality to the next level— allowing anyone to stand up and traverse virtual worlds with the natural use of their own feet. Moving naturally in virtual reality creates an unprecedented sense of immersion that cannot be experienced sitting down.

Applications of natural movement in virtual reality stretch far beyond gaming: training and simulation, fitness, virtual tourism, virtual tradeshows and events, meet-ups and multi-person adventures, virtual workplaces, museums, VR architecture, VR concerts… The possibilities are limitless.
One way to look at it is, it’s really cool and healthy as you won’t sitting down in front of screen and pressing keys and buttons. You will move freely and you will not only enjoy virtual reality experience but also do exercise in real time. This is a good motivation for doing exercise as well.
Don’t miss the video, be sure to check it out below…

The 3D Virtual Reality Gaming kit "Oculus Rift"

The Oculus Rift is a virtual reality head-mounted display which is developed by Oculus VR. For the feature of Oculus Rift, they got 2 version of headset, Developer Version and Consumer Version.
Rift will have a 100-degree diagonal field of vision, which is generally found to be much broader traditional headphone VR. It is very important because it will offset the "tunnel vision" effect, it always happen in the old VR products, it gives more immersive gaming experience than the old vision one.
Oculus VR is trying to build up the teleology to support the first person shooter genre of games. The best way to show the entire feature that oculus rift has is supporting the first person shooters. These companies give a big platform to Oculus to develop their product such as Valve. Valve is giving a big platform to Oculus to develop their product quickly to support their games, such as Half Life, Left 4 Dead and Counterstrike.

They got a Development kit which is available to purchase by developer, the feature of developer kit is limited, we cannot even watch movies surfing the web and programming with the development kit but it is the start of the Oculus Rift. In the future Oculus will issue a Consumer version (Oculus Rift 2.0), which is aiming at the general market and feature improved components. It will be improved the tracking and the supporting of resolution. Also it had wireless operation, it will be a very attractive feature for customer to purchase the consumer version.

This is a video review of Oculus Rift which supporting 1080p HD, it gives a good game experience to gamer who play these game with a Oculus Rift. As they said they are trying to improve the person tracking as much as possible.

Step Phyiscally into the game

Well if you have not seen it before; you might be wondering while looking at the above photo and say, “What the hell is that”. Well, yeah. I would be wondering the same things. What the hell is that? Is that a some kind of medical goggle for disable people, or may be used by doctors for some kind of examination a patient with that; or you might think that may be underwater goggle, or perhaps a safety goggle for some sort of things. Well, the simple answer is NO. It’s none of those things. Well, you might have already guessed it that it may be something to do with gaming. That’s right because this blog is about gaming and that’s easy to guess, but what about if you have seen it outside of this blog or any other game related websites, then you would obviously had a doubts.
Let me introduce you to Oculus VRTM “Oculus Virtual reality” goggle or headset. This particular thing is founded and designed by Palmer Luckey, a self-described virtual reality enthusiast and hardware geek. Oculus VR is the first to introduce us to virtual reality. The Oculus VR gives a feeling of virtual reality world or may be in games. You wear it and it covers your eyes so close that things looks real, more of a 3D and in full HD 1080P display. You play the game, your mind and focus in fact into the game, whatever action you take while playing the game, makes you feel like its actual you; more like a horror movie. If you have ever seen a horror movie, which you have did, and felt scared, then boom that’s the kind of feeling you are gonna get when wearing this goggles. So, next time you won’t play games aimlessly and carelessly but rather will make a wise decision while taking a step inside the game cause that is going to affect your body and mind. So, in simplicity, you are actually and physically inside the game when playing with oculus VR. Sure it might look heavy, but hey! It’s the starting point and things sure gonna get changed, perhaps lighter and ever different than that. Until then, bear with us and get your eyes on new updates or may be new videos. Be sure to check out the video and it would give you a little clue of what has been said.
